Gentle Aquafit with YMCA
Gentle Aquafit with YMCA (Wednesdays 2:30-3:15pm): This is an optional exercise session. A YMCA instructor will lead the group through a series of exercises in the water. You are able to touch the bottom of the pool at all times and the water provides natural resistance to your muscles allowing you to exercise even if you aren’t a strong swimmer. This is great for those with sore joints and arthritis. If you have oxygen, you are still able to use the pool but please let Pam know in advance if you plan on attending this session.
