Gentle Fit

Join us for 45 minutes of light exercise and a lot of fun! Mondays from 1:00 - 1:45pm, Wednesdays from 11:00-11:45pm and Fridays 1:00pm - 1:45pm. No registration required and everyone is welcome. Good for all fitness levels.
