MANAGING YOUR EMOTIONS: This 8 week group focuses on dealing with intense emotions such as anxiousness, depressed feelings and anger. It will teach you coping skills to better manage these emotions, instead of letting them control you. Thursday mornings from 10:00-12:00, starting September 21st.
