GOOD FOOD BOX: Enjoy fresh fruits & vegetables without the hassle of going to the grocery store. Orders are taken the first two weeks of the month, Large $20. Small $15. Pick-up at NFCHC on the 3rd Wednesday after 2 pm. Call A.J for details ext 233.

GENTLE FIT: Join us for 45 minutes of  light exercise, and a lot of fun! Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 - 1:45 pm. No registration required and everyone is welcome. Good for all fitness levels.

BIRTH CERTIFICATE CLINIC: Do you need help getting your Canadian birth  certificate? Drop in and see us Tuesdays between 1-3 pm. Appointments are first come first served.

COFFEE CLUB: Join us for a cup of coffee, light snack and good conversation Mondays 1:30-2:30pm at The Hub - 4333 Queen St. (fully accessible), and Thursdays 10:00-11:30am at NFCHC. Everyone welcome!

CURB YOUR CRAVING: Are you thinking about quitting  smoking? Ask about our STOP Program, where we can provide you with various tips and strategies, peer support, and 26 weeks of Nicotine Replacement Therapy. For registered patients or clients enrolled in the COPD Program only. Call Pam for details at ext. 243

LET'S GET CREATIVE: Come and explore your creative side while enjoying good company at our arts and crafts program. No cost, all supplies are provided. Starting September 12th from 10:00am-11:30pm.  Space is limited, so please call Nicole to register at Ext. 292.

ANGER MANAGEMENT SUPPORT GROUP: This FREE group is for anyone who would like to learn creative techniques to help you explore, manage and transform anger.  Tuesdays 5-7pm beginning October 3rd. Space is limited, so call Brian at Ext. 244 to register.

COLOUR & CONVERSATION: Get lost in the creativity of colouring while enjoying good company. Fridays mornings from 10:00am-11:30am until September 29. All materials will be supplied, call Laura at Ext. 293 for more information.

MANAGING YOUR EMOTIONS: This 8 week group focuses on dealing with intense emotions such as anxiousness, depressed feelings and anger. It will teach you coping skills to better manage these emotions, instead of letting them control you. Thursday mornings from 10:00-12:00, starting September 21st. Call Christine at Ext. 285 to register.  

YOUNG AND PREGNANT IN NIAGARA: This prenatal program helps teens get through pregnancy by providing prenatal education, and a support group to share  experiences. Thursdays from 3:30-5:30pm to register contact Nicole at ext 292.

YOU'RE THE CHEF: Cooking program for youth designed to build confidence in the kitchen. Kids will learn food and kitchen safety, how to follow recipes, cooking techniques, and healthy eating guidelines. Monday afternoons from 4:00-5:30 , starting October 16th. Call Nicole to register at Ext. 292.

STRENGTHENING FAMILIES: This is a free 14 week program for families that are looking to improve family life through better communication and coping strategies. Tuesday's from 4:00-6:30 starting September 12th. A healthy meal is provided at every session. For details or to register call Caroline Graham at 905-682-8372 Ext. 227.
