Our Primary Health Care team consists of:
-2 Doctors
-3 Nurse Practitioners (What is a Nurse Practitioner?)
-2 Registered Nurses
Basic care of your physical and mental health needs - prevention, diagnosis, management and treatment. Includes diagnosis, treatment, education, referral and follow-up on health issues. Some of the specific services are: complete health check-ups, well baby checks, and immunizations.
Lab Services
- Our Lab is available on site for your convenience.
- The Lab is available by appointment Tuesdays and Thursdays
- We are able to perform basic routine lab tests.
Tips before your lab appointment
- Make sure to fast a minimun of 12 hours (if requested by health care provider)
- Wear loose fitting clothes
- Be aware that you may be required to give a urine sample (if requested by health care provider)
- Please be on time for your appointment
