Gentle Reminders...
- We are open Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, closed for lunch from 12-1.
- Our Lab is open Tuesday and Thursday from 8am-11:30am
- We are closed for all Stat Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc)
- We are NOT a walk-in clinic. Everyone who is seen by our primary health care team must be registered as a client and must make an appointment.
Late Policy
Clients are encouraged to arrive a few minutes early for appointments. If a client is 10 minutes late, they will have to reschedule their appointment, as there is not be enough time left for the appointment and it is unfair to other clients to run appointments late.
Cancelling Appointments
Clients are encouraged to cancel their appointment if they will not be able to make it. You can do this at any time by calling 905-356-4222. Please note: if you leave a message to cancel your appointment, we will NOT call you back to reschedule. You will need to call us during office hours to reschedule.
