Due to an unexpected power outage, our building will be closed all day on March 10th. All in-person appointments and groups are cancelled. However, virtual groups and appointments will continue as scheduled, and providers will contact clients/patients for phone appointments or reschedules when possible.
Our team will be working remotely, so you can still call us for assistance or information.

The Niagara Falls Community Health Centre (NFCHC) is non-profit, interdisciplinary health care organization that provides primary health care, social services, and dental, all under one roof at no cost.
We operate from a team-based model of care where clients are supported by an interdisciplinary team (not one healthcare provider). We strive to service our local community with a specialized focus on individuals that have barriers to care and to provide accessible, integrated care.
